New edition for Small and Medium Businesses

Before we officially announced Tracklr at the beginning of October, we decided to narrow down the functionality to a single-user edition. The reason behind this was quite simple: we didn't have a multi-user edition ready at that time.

Introducing Tracklr for SMBs

We spent the last two weeks working hard on the last bits and pieces of functionality for the multi-user edition. We finished and released it on Monday October 27th, 2008. Let's have a look at what the new edition of Tracklr can do for you and your business.

Invite other company members

As a company manager (the one who created a company at Tracklr) you are now able to invite 19 other members of your company. It's very easy. Use the company member's email to send out an invite.

A company can have a maximum of 20 members. This number is roughly based on a statistic related to Small and Medium Businesses here in New Zealand.

A company members page provides useful information about what you and your other company members are working on.


We are introducing a "flow" system which gets you connected with other company members and allows you to share notes and ideas about your company, client(s) and project(s).

User's manual

A new User's manual is now available for all logged in users. It contains information about all of the core parts of Tracklr.

You have to be logged in to be able to see User's manual in the help section.

Information about the new multi-user functionality is available in the manual, too.
